The Story
20 years of precision.
Stevie's journey began in 2004, working in film and television makeup. It was there he learned the fundamental truth that would define his career: what truly transforms a person is not product, but precision.
He trained with some of the UK's most respected beauty brands and academies, building a depth of knowledge that spans skin anatomy, immunology, colour science, and the psychology of transformation. He didn't just learn how to do permanent makeup. He learned why it works.
Today, Stevie works from his private Cheltenham studio, Nineteen Beauty and Aesthetics. A deliberately unhurried space, designed to feel less like a clinic and more like a polished room. Limited appointments per week. Personalised attention for every client.
His work with oncology patients, rebuilding confidence through semi-permanent makeup for those who've lost eyebrows through treatment, remains some of the most meaningful work of his career.
As Powdrr's founding Master Trainer, Stevie brings two decades of precision, patience, and passion to every student who trains under him. He doesn't just teach technique. He teaches the craft, the science, and the confidence to build a career that lasts.

Stevie's training philosophy is built on one principle: you learn by doing. From hour one, you're working on real skin. Not just latex pads. Not just theory. Real technique, real pressure, real feedback.
Every student gets a minimum of 2 live models during their practical training days. Stevie works alongside you, guiding your hand, correcting your angle, refining your pressure. You don't just watch him work. You work beside him.
After training, Stevie becomes your mentor for life. Case reviews, technique refinement, business advice, confidence building. He's invested in your success because your success is Powdrr's success.
