National Network
Powdrr is building a national network of approved trainers who all deliver to the same standard. Wherever you train in the UK, you get the same quality, the same curriculum, and the same guarantee.
Every Powdrr trainer must have a minimum of 1\u20132 years active PMU experience, a strong live portfolio (including healed results), and must pass a practical demonstration and teaching assessment. A good artist is not automatically a good trainer \u2014 they must be able to teach, correct and maintain standards.
Every trainer follows the same SOP. The same curriculum, the same assessment criteria, the same delivery format. Personal style is welcome within the framework, but the framework is non-negotiable.
Every trainer is audited annually. Undercover trainee assessments, trainee NPS scores, venue inspections, portfolio reviews, and a mandatory Train the Trainers day. Standards don't slip because we don't let them.
